Information on exchanges and refunds

It is possible to make an EXCHANGE or a RETURN under the following conditions:

• You can request the return of any item purchased on NOS Beachwear Online Store within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, WITHIN 14 days of receiving the authorization label.
• The product must be intact, clean, with intact labels and hygienic sticker and with careful packaging.

Please note that we are only able to process a refund. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

If the above conditions exist, the exchange and return can be made by sending an email to resi@nosbeachwear.com specifying the reason for the request, your name and surname and telephone number.

Upon receipt of the request email we will send emails with precise instructions both for making the exchange and for the return.

For orders placed outside the European Union, it is not possible to return or exchange the items, as required by the art. 59 of the legislative decree lgs. 206 of 06.09.2005 and following. mm. and ii. (the so-called "Consumer Code").

In the event that the above conditions are not followed or if the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, our company reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges for items that are not in the condition in which they are been sent and beyond the expected deadlines and will not proceed with the refund.

During Black Friday week it is not possible to return the item with a refund but you will be able to exchange your product or you will be given a voucher of equal value.

It is not possible to make returns or exchanges at our NOS Beachwear retailers/sales points.

The refund will be made for the entire amount paid, net of shipping costs, on the same payment method used for the purchase.
