Shipping Policy
Each order sent to NOS Beachwear is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for NOS Beachwear only if:
- it is complete in every part
- contains all the elements needed to correctly identify the products ordered
- is confirmed and accepted by NOS Beachwear.

B.PLAIN srls reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders without the data necessary for their fulfillment. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by B.PLAIN SRLS at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. Deliveries worldwide are made by GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, DHL. In the event of strikes or other events, NOS Beachwear may ship via other couriers.
- Where we ship
We ship worldwide. For orders placed in Italy it is possible to ship only within Italian territory. For orders placed in the European Union (excluding Italy) and in non-EEC countries, it is possible to select one of the countries in the geographical area covered as the destination.
- Shipping time
NOS Beachwear delivers to Italy and the European Union within 2-5 working days (Saturday deliveries are not available). Islands, disadvantaged locations and remote areas may require delivery within 4-6 working days. Depending on the place of destination and customs procedures, delivery times can vary from 1 to 5 working days in non-EEC countries.
During the Black Friday sales period, you may experience shipping delays.
Customs duties
Taxes and duties will not be displayed on the cart page for orders destined for non-EU countries and countries subject to Brexit. The courier will contact you to proceed with the payment and shipment of the package.
Shipping address
To ensure correct delivery times, we ask you to fill in all mandatory fields for the shipping address. We ask you to enter the name of the company, offices or public activities and their opening hours when it comes to a delivery other than home delivery. In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the latter will be contacted via email by the courier himself to agree on the day and time slot for the return. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the relevant location, where it will remain in storage awaiting collection by the recipient. In the event that the product is not collected within the maximum stock limit, it will be returned to the sender.
NOS Beachwear will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the indicated deadlines.

in the event of a delay in delivery and in any case to report any malfunctions detected. NOS Beachwear is not responsible for delays that cannot be foreseen and/or are attributable to the Courier alone.
